Hi, my 6625WD suddenly started to scroll down in lists and in firefox it scrolls to the right.
I can't seem to figure it out if a button is stuck or similar.
I have tried simple keyboard testers and all keys work fine.
I have also locked the mouse (Fn + F1) without success.
    Any tips?

Is Fn+F1 the disable touchpad control? If so, then if you still have the problem with the touchpad disabled then it suggests a software problem.

Do a thorough virus scan in case that is the cause. Then I would reinstall the touchpad driver (latest version from manufacturer's site). That is still the core interface driver with any mouse drivers sitting inside it.

Tried uninstalling the touchpad drivers and install new ones.
Also tried to restore to when I didn't have this problem, but the problem is still there.

What happens with a Linux live CD?

If you get the same problems then it has to be hardware / BIOS. You could try resetting / reflashing the BIOS in case it has got confused.
