I just noticed something really wierd. I used RMClock to log the temps n stuff when I were gaming Battlefield 2. I checked the log and discovered a interesting thingie (this is the temps at highest and I have a 1.8 T7100):

    [10:40:30.920] [CPU0] Clock: 1196.98, Throttle: 100.00, FID: 6.0, VID: 0.938, CPULoad: 81.41, OSLoad: 69.23, CoreTemp: 56.0

    [10:40:30.920] [CPU1] Clock: 1197.01, Throttle: 99.99, FID: 6.0, VID: 0.938, CPULoad: 82.42, OSLoad: 66.15, CoreTemp: 56.2

VID @ 0.938 ?????????? and it never goes up to 1.8 GHz ???

Oh and im using power saving plan in vista (modded one)

its normal, you have got two processors

    0.938 CPU0
    0.938 CPU1

    0.938 x 2 = ~ 1.8Ghz

VID is not the frequency, at least not what Iv understood, its the voltage. Clock is the frequency

    All processor information says I have 1.8GHz x2 not 0.9 x2

The power saving plan normally locks the CPU to its slowest speed ( your CPU is keeping quite cool). I normally used the balanced performance power plan. This allows the CPU speed to change to suit the workload. You are quite lucky that your CPU is running at 0.938V @ 1.2GHz. My T7300 is set to 1.0V @ 1.2GHz. The minimum voltage is, I believe, fixed in the CPU during production.
