    hi!

i just discovered, that the sleepfix does not work anymore (with nvidia 177.83 drivers, from laptopvideo2go). my gpu temp does not go higher than 96C, and i get stuttering. even after applying the sleepfix (which works fine with the last few driver revisions).

    anyone experiencing the same issue?

Do you have a Zepto? If so, which model?

hmm is this the new nvidia fix to prevent overheating? ;(

i want to play my games without stuttering, now i have to stick with "old" drivers...

I downclocked my core from 475 downto 400, the shaders from 950 downto 800 and overclock the memory from 400 upto 500 (no glitches noticed): Result: a slightly cooler notebook (3~4 degrees) with higher performance (3dmarks06 score went from 3870 to 3979) !!! I thought maybe having hotter memory is better than having a buning gpu.
I did not try other setting, there might be room for further downcclocking of core and shaders without loss of performance

downclocking is not a solution for me. thats just like a car where you can only use 4 gears, even if you have 5 or 6.

yeah, while overclocking ram. thats also no solution for me. its hot enough inside, no need to push the memory to its limits.
