    Yes - its been known the the US IFL90 has 512 DDR3.

    Well, maybe.

    At this point the Compal specs still say DDR2, and the RivaTuner is not accepted by either Compal or nVIDIA as being an official (read 'reliable') utility.

    Once we have the production models in hand we will be able to tell which one it is for sure.
