    Need more info, such as what game was it, as it could be that the game may not need as much HP from the GPU. Also what power managment mode were you in ?? Make sure you are in High Performance mode, if not then it will limit your CPU, GPU, etc. speeds. You can tell this by clicking on your battery icon on the lower left and it should tell you.     i did not overclocked.even if i try to overclock with rivatuner,when i click apply it would just downclock back to 400.0 , 300.0

    Well lets ask the most obvious. Are you having poor FPS?

    Those temps are more than excellent

    I dont know what the stock speeds are but I dont think they are much higher than 400

    The stock is gpu clock 500mhz memory 800mhz shader 1250mhz.so far far cry 2 play at 1280x768 all medium get about average 25fps.

    nvm i found i just the solution.uninstall the driver then boot into safe mode the reinstall the driver.btw thanks for all your help guyz

    What program are you using to measure it ?? I remember using RIVA TUNER on my 9700M GTS and it was also showed low clocks, I then used GPU-Z and it reported the correct clocks. Hope this helps. God Bless :)

    Yeah the nVidia drivers tend to get bugged when just reinstalled and not uninstalled, wiped and then installed.
    Bug in the uninstaller

    Always use DriverSweeper after a uninstall of graphic drivers.
