So does this mean the OCZ will come standard with a 4850 or 4870 or keep the 3870?
Questions quesitons questions...and which resellers wil be the first to have it as an option?
-
-
the 4870's arent in crossfire support yet.
-
yeah i didnt see a 4870x2 in there =(
-
right 4870 coupled with an i7 and i might...
-
I want to hold out for 4870, but I doubt it will be out before at least February. Anybody got any more info on it?
-
do we have any updates from retailers on when we might see these on rigs?

ATI took the mobile 4870's off their site.....
-
Which site? I thought they haven't put them on the site. And what about 4850's ?
-
16k 3dmark
-
mmm nice maybe ill keep the 1730 till the 4870's come in crossfire then ill step up. not really much difference between the m1730 and the ocz right now..

-
yeah if so its impressive my desktop dual 4850's get just over 20k.. so thats really good for a notebook
-
Do we know if the current OCZ will be able to be upgraded to the newer 4xxx series without a new motherboard or anything significant?
-
From what I've heard (or what is known), yes.
-
Well, MSI already has the 4850 in their GT725 book in Asia, but it has DDR2 memory instead of DDR3. I'm guessing DDR3 will reserved for the GT735.
-
The ATi Mobility Radeon 4850 and 4870's sound awesome so far, hopefully the price will be similar to that of the 3870's, then the gaming laptops' arena would be more balanced.
-
-
GT735 has 3850?
-
But according to MSI's site, the GT725 will have the 4850 and Centrino 2. Yes, its a lower numbered model but with the better specs.
