    Hi,

I've just bought ATI usb2 tv tuner to use it with my Averatec 6130HS laptop and i am wondering if you have similar issues like i do.

    1. I can watch and use tv on demand with ati multi media center with excellent quality, but when i record tv programs by using one touch recording feature the video is unstable with green lines. i tried reduce the usb bandwidth, use BULK usb setting, and set fastwriting cache, but i still have the same problem.

    2. For some reason my S-video is black and white instead of colour while the composite is working normal.

I know this an odd issue to ask for help here but where would be a better place to ask than the owners who have the same laptop.

Thanks in advance for your tips.

weird indeed, I assume you already have the lastest drivers from ATI for your tv tuner, have you got sp2 installed ? The sp fixes a lot of problem with the drivers

I've been waiting for 3 weeks from ATI and finally got an answer from them today telling me that they have new 9.03 mmc and other softwares that i have to download from their site. So I'll do that tonight and update if it is successful.
