    Pointless anouncement but, Powernotebooks informs me that my new notebook just shipped and that is cause to celebrate, or at least salivate, with anticipation that is ;). Let you know when it arrives, that will be the real celebration.

    Fortunatly I've got 15cr, fulltime job, and a spouce to keep my attention somewhat from watching the seconds.. And I suppose a few rounds of BF2 doesn't hurt to pass the time. =D

    Maybe if I'm REALLY lucky, it will arrive before next week, its possible I suppose... but I'm not counting on it.

    I'm patiently waiting for mine from Power Notebooks. It has the Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz chip though, which is supposed to ship sometime in October.

    As far as I know, resellers and retailers have already begun shipping as of the 1st. I'll poke my nose around at work today and find out more if I can. My department only uses the server cores... so the biggest noise I hear is people talking about the quad core chips that I've done some testing with.

    Woohoo! I just got a call from home saying that my notebook has arrived!
