I ordered my 6214W at zepto.nl last week and it was in on Monday already. All my e-mails have been answered swiftly as well, so I must say: so far customer service of zepto.nl has been great. I went to pick it up today.
At first glance, it's a great machine. The glossy screen is very nice, I'm pleased with the slot-in dvd-rw, connections are practical, installation was a breeze and everything seems to be running smoothly.
But. I specified Belgian Azerty with my order hoping it would be available and thinking they'd let me know if not. And when I got it today: French azerty (which has all the punctuation and special characters in different places). Which is a real let-down: I can type blind for 90%, but I need to see the keys for those characters you use only rarely. I would not have been surprised if Belgian Azerty was not available (we're a pretty small country I know) but if only they had let me know, I'd chosen a Querty rather - if I have to learn to type on a different keyboard, then I'd rather have the most standard lay-out there is. There's a bit of flex on the lower right side of the keyboard as well, when I tap the down or enter keys the keyboard moves and it makes a noise.
I'm going to contact zepto.nl now, wonder what they'll say to this.

Good luck with that build issue
Any chance of some pics of the glossy screen? There are some in the big thread but they're not the best quality
No worries if you don't have a good enough camera -
Is it worth getting a slot in dvd drive? Is it lighter? more durable?
I think the thought of one is nice but I wouldn't get it just for "sexy" factor ^^ -
I find it more practical. I usually have stuff lying right next to the right of my notebook (where the drives usually are) and a tray needs much more space to open. It's also quicker than the tray on my old asus where you have to click the disk on a hub in the centre and that only ejects half so you have to pull it out completely to insert the disk. Perhaps trays on newer models have improved, I wouldn't know.
But most important, my slot in makes a very sexy sound.
I'll see if I can make some pictures of the screen this weekend. Although in my experience pictures don't show much. They never catch reflection like your eyes do. -
Its not that big a deal. I mean all in all there must be like 6 switched keys and the most annoying one is the exclamation mark... but you get used to it really fast. Trust me. I have 2 pcs one with azerty.fr and one with azerty.be (because I could find a fr keyboard in belgium) and it takes me like 30 seconds tops to adapt.
note = If I were you I wouldn't bother (I don't think they have any belgian keyboards... on the luxemburg zepto site it shows fr, and swiss-fr keyboard choices only).
edit : great to know that the .nl branch is quick in service ! -
I'd love to see some pics too, since I returned my 6615WD because of too much keyboard flexing (for my taste) and too many noisy keys (again - that's very subjective!).

Update:
Just got a reply from zepto.nl. They're currently trying to get Belgian azerty keyboards from their manufacturer, which will take 3 to 4 weeks (good news for future Belgian customers!). The proposed to send me a US keyboard until the Belgian arrives.
Given the size of the Belgian market, I think they're handling the matter at their best ability. -
