Hi all
I feel impelled to add my voice to others praising P1 for its personalized and dedicated service and support.
In my case, the unit I bought (MXM3n) about a year ago had some quirks. However, Ivan, Tim Noack and Tom Macallum did more than one might normally hope for to get things right.
It is so reassuring to be able to deal with real people who are so dedicated to customer satsifaction.
In a word: you can't go wrong with these guys.

Yeah Portableone's customer service is top notch, if you have any questions they will answer them. They were very friendly when I talked to them about issues, it was almost like if I was ordering from a long term friend. I know several years down the line I will order a notebook from them again, and I recommended them to almost anyone who is looking for a notebook.

I remember the first time I spoke with someone from P1 on the phone. I started the conversation by aplogizing for not being able to utilize the web site to find an answer since I didn't have internet access at the moment. Guy on the other end said "No problem. We're a people to people company. That's what we do." I was completely sold from that moment on.

yep! make sure to give them a plug on http://www.resellerratings.com/ - i still need to do that. even though i ended-up going HP instead of Fujitsu due to delay issues beyond their control (and i couldn't wait), they won my future business and respect. ivan's (and team's) help was over-and-above. top notch.

They are the most amazing company I think I have ever dealt with. Not only are they accessible before the purchase, but if you have any problems, they are truly there for the customer. It is such a pleasure getting an immediate answer via e-mail or by phone, with someone answering after a few rings only. If you have a problem, they treat it as their own- and spend as much time as needed to fix it right; Ivan will even check up a few days later to see if all is well. Their service is unparalleled!!

Yeah, they were friendly and helpful to me a year and a half AFTER purchase! Just phenomenal. I can't wait to justify buying another laptop from them

I emailed them a question about shipping on Sunday morning and I got an answer back sunday evening. In contrast, I sent Sony two emails: one hasn't been answered yet (2 weeks pending) and the other one i got an answer back saying "we can't answer your question."
I guess I'll be ordering my laptop from p1, since its the only company that has been willing to help me out. -

I am also very impressed with P1. Ivan went out of his way to find a laptop bag that was no longer in production and sent it out to me. Definitely a unique company. Their people are their number one asset and selling point.

They are def an awsome company. They have some of the best customer service hands down. Even when calling with question they really try their best to answer anything they can.
