    I am looking for a gaming rig, does anyone have any experience or owns a Vigor specifically the Augustus?

    I bought their gaming laptop.

    First it had random restarts.
    -sent it back
    -Replaces their cheap china ram

    Then i noticed that every single screw was missing from the bottom of the case!!! The molding of the plastic is all that holds it together right now. No response from email, and i am still working on phone calls.

    Their service dept comes in about 12 noon California time. They answer their emails at about 4-5pm california time. You're lucky if you get one on the phone.


    I'd smear their rep all over the internet.
