    From, Xoticpc on April 9th, 2007 receive their laptop yet? Apparently Compal recalled their laptop for a revision and will not come until 5-9 business day (starting last friday). I am getting a little annoy and frustrated right now but I guess patience is a virtue or so they say. I just got off the phone a moment ago from Justin stating that I will not receive my laptop until somewhere between now and before the month end. :(. Any other reseller to look having the HGL30 in stock? I am thinking about canceling and ordering from another vender due to CC issues (My CC was approved).

    I did not mean to bad mouth Xoticpc but this is ridiculous. I ordered my laptop then next thing you know a recalled occur. Bad luck I guess. I am leaning toward milestonepc as I called them and they said they have the hgl30 in stock.

    Any idea how fast is ground from ca-ma? If its 3-4 days then I may wait a little longer. However, the 3 year warranty is nice and worth the extra cost.

    My current position right now:
    Wait for the laptop: Revision are being made, its more updated
    Cancel and order from another vender

    I read in a review where another buyer had the same situation as I am having and did not get the laptop until 2 weeks later. However, this person receive a free update to the processor. Its already one week but I am in no rush for the laptop but my CC's company may be.

    FFZERO, Unfortunately this is a delay we don't have any control over. We have been told we will have units between the 24th-26th :(

    The CC issues will likely be the same between different vendors. Most companies require to ship to the bill to or to a alternate address of the card being used.

    I am aware of the CC's issue but the address is still in effect. I could order from another vender who already have there HGL30 (revised or not) rather than waiting, only to find out you cannot approved my CC (even though you said it was approved for the first time as the address was changed to fit my shipping address). :( The address change is only temporary for this month.
