terribly unhappy with my purchase of a zepto 6615wd, poor support and poor service from the start, I should of taken the first warning signs given to me by nu systems and not bothered, surely if zepto had any decentcy or common sense or even care for their customers they would ditch Nu Systems, but obviously its money of matter.
good specs, lots of faults, never worked right from day one, welcome to zepto!

Well now we have seen the last of NUsystems im hoping we are going to start to see some more positives about zepto's in light of recent overheating issues and so on.

My Zepto is perfect. It's an older version, I doubt you foreigners ever heard of (I'm danish). It's a Zepto Znote 4200, with af Pentium Centrino platform, Dothan 2,0 ghz cpu, Radeon 9700 pro 128 mb, 1024 mb ram, 60 gb 7200 rpm hdd. The only problem I've had is a broken dvd-drive. Replaced by Zepto under warranty. New drive is twice as fast as the old one, nice! Recently I have had problems with overheating, but this is easily solved by cleaning the computer. Earlyer today I placed an order for a 6615wd. If it's anywhere near the greatness of my 4200, I'll be completely satisfied. Zepto in Denmark has great service, so no problems there.

I have the 6214W.
Never had any problems with it except from when it was brand new, some keys on my keyboard didn't work, but a few days later a new keyboard was in mail, the support in Norway is really great!
Never had any problems with the heat from it, and yes, it is really hot (core temp reports 90 degrees on max load over several hours) but it has never shut down because of it and the heat doesn't bother me neither (it heats up my room). I have it turned on 24/7 except from when I am on the bus.
Gaming performance is great, runs all the games I have tried smoothly.
3 of my friends also bought it and they have the same opinion as me
My best buy of all times -
I'm thinking of ordering a 6224W, but I'm in South Korea. Do you think they're reliable enough? If I buy an Asus they have a global guarantee. I know the debate of IFL-90 vs Zepto 6224W vs Asus G1-As vs C90s (did I miss any?) is on going right now, but what do you think is best considering I have to ship it? By the way thanks a lot for all of the information guys. It's been awesome reading exactly whats on my mind, such as: DDR3 vs DDR2, 256 vs 512, etc. Of course I'm considering the Samsung NT-X65A and the LG R500-UP75K, but they only have the 8600M GS and I can't really customize the processor or RAM at the point of sale. If anyone knows where to go in South Korea for a customized laptop I would appreciate any info. Sorry if I did anything wrong this is my first post.

Nusystems were an absolute nightmare to deal with. It is nice reading all the comments. ZeptoUK is on the case

I have to say, A LOT of people will be put off zepto by the posts in the forum. I for one am very, very sceptical about zepto now after reading the countless horror stories.
As much as I want a 6224, i probably wont buy one fearing if i have any problems ive just flushed around £1000 down the drain.
It has to be said, there are positive comments in this thread which is encouraging but once a company has a bad reputation it stays. -
If people are posting comments about their Zeptos please could you say which model you have?
It'd be handy to see which are coming off worse and if the newer models are any improvement.
cheers!

Are you satified with your zepto?
