I have a strange problem with my c90. When I turn the laptop on the screen is completely black. The power light is on and the laptop is plugged in as well the disk usage light flashes several times; however, the screen is completely black. Has anyone else had this problem or knows a possible solution? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Its possible a RAM module may have become unseated, if not, the video card may be bad. Those would be the first two possibilities to rule out. If you'd like assistance with a repair please email us directly.

    Thanks
