    any idea why my audio drivers go missing everytime i reboot?

    gazing into my magic ball, I'm seeing a grand Compal notebook... probably a HGL30.. thats running Vista with XP drivers.... Wait... whats this cloud thats clearing? It seems to say something to the extent that this is a known vista issue when running pre-Vista drivers and the digital signature system...

    lol nah
    HEL 80 with xp home using the driver cd that came with it.
    Every time i reboot it says it cannot find any mixer and i have to install an audio device.

    Try getting the latest drivers from bizcom for it? seach the forum you will find the link I'm talking about.
