I cannot ever seem to get a sales rep on the phone... just hold for next person, then 2 minutes later, please leave a message... some friggin service.

I know it doesnt state on their page... but the laptops seem to be well equipped otherwise...

Does anyone know if the 3300, 4100 or 4200 models have bluetooth with their wireless? at the moment I am imagining no... but I wanted to get a definate answer before I rule out Averatec as an option.

I don't think any of them do, and yeah, their service isn't very good. Remember, they're a value brand. Something to consider though, if you otherwise like the machines, you could always add the BT via PCMCIA slot, many sit flush.

I havent seen that added to any of the modles.

I have been using a USB dongle for some time now with 0 issues. they're easy to find and near dirt cheep these days.

Some MiniPCI cards have both Wifi and BT. You may be able to use one of those to replace your existing MiniPCI Wifi card.
