    Hey, I got one of these laptops from a friend. I can installed my copy of XP Professional and I can not find settings for sleep and hibernate...

    Well, it's called Standby in XP. For Hibernate, I think you hold Shift after hitting Alt + F4. :cool:

    Well, that doesn't help since there are no settings under power options.

    Very, and I hate having to shut down everything.

    EDIT: Issue resolved, it was the graphics drivers...

    How do you fix the problem with the graphics drivers? How did you figure out that this was the problem?
