    Hey,

I am cotemplating buying the newest Averatech AV3250HX laptop since I am on a very tight budget and have read so many great things about these little guys. My only concern is multitasking with it. I would use it while on the road doing web and graphic design using Photoshop and Dreamweaver mostly. When I work It's not impossible to have Photoshop, Dreamweaver and few other apps opened at the same time so my biggest concerns is not enough computing horsepower to handle this.

Does anybody uses these laptop with processor intensive apps such as photoshop? please I really would appreciate any advice. I am looking at purchasing this tomorrow or in the next couple of days.

    Thanks
    Sam

THe processor is strong enough, you might lag with the included memory though. I think you're fine if you upgrade RAM and potentially the HDD depending on the file size you're loading.

How big of deal is doing the design work ie: dreamweaver photoshop golive ect.... on a laptop that is only 1024x768 for a display? I just now starting to work on web design... and I would like to have a laptop that I could do this work on the road with.. right now I have a 6130- but the battery live is just too short. I can't decide if I should return this model and get the 3225 OR wait and get the 6200 OR just keep the 6130 and deal with the short battery life...
