    Does anyone know what are the brands for the hard drive, cd-rw/dvd combo drive, and system memory? I'm planning to buy this laptop but I cant find info anywhere about the brands of these hardware?

    hitach1 4200 rpm (IC25N060ATMR04-0) where 060 is the gigabites.
    DVDRW: Lite-on sdw 431s
    Generic memory (twin something or something twin) I cant remember (I had a peak inside) but it is pc2700 200 pin 2.5 v. Two each 256 MB on mine (6130hs)

    i found a pic of the memory. you're right, the brand is TwinMOS. never heard of it.
