Tired of waiting for updates from technical/ customer support on your RMA?
Truth is technical / customer support is pretty much at the mercy of what the Repair Facility puts into the notes. Tecnical / customer support cannot go beyond that point because the corporate office will not give them the phone number(s) to the repair facilities.
This is a inconvieniece because that means if the repair facility has not entered in any updates. You know nothing. Even at that the technical support all they can do is escalate the case. When they escalate the case that may take 24-48 hours to get a response and you have to call in to get what that response is. Very seldom are you lucky to get someone to call back.
This is not really the fault of the technical / customer support team. the fault lies with the limitations that the corporate office has set onto this dept. The [email protected] email is 1 method of communication but there is no guarantee you will get a response.
