Anyone know how I can get them? I tried to call Averatec customer service but the number given on their website is disconnected. I tried emailing also, to no avail.

What laptop is this for? Depending on which Averatec you have and how old it is, you may be out of luck.

Unfortunately, Averatec filed a total liquidation bankruptcy (Chapter 7) back on August 16, 2011, and is officially no more (Best Buy and Office Max were among the largest unsecured creditors). I don't know where anyone can score recovery discs except to try ebay, and other third-party merchants.

You can download individual drivers from TriGem -- I recently downloaded the bunch from there for my 3715-EH1, haven't had a chance to check if they are more or less up-to-date than the ones I had downloaded before Averatec went bankrupt, but they looked good, no corrupt files or anything.

Went to your TriGem site and found it is in Korean language. I know at one time they had an English site, but unable to find it. I need drivers for an N1000. Can anyone send me a set? [email protected]
    Thank you all
