    Hello

I was wondering, since i'll be getting my 6625WD this week, if it's possible to completely reset (cold-reset) the CMOS settings , in case that I go to far with undervolting my core to get more out of my battery? Because when I undervolt too far on my desktop (<1V), it doesn't boot anymore 'till i reset my settings, and i don't want my laptop to become useless the first week i have it.

The difference between running your CPU on 100% on prime95*2 and just normal usage is very big. If you test every voltage step for a reasonable amount of time you should never be able to get so low that it wont boot. Anyway, this isn't an issue in this case even, since if you do manage it you will be undervoltning using a program, so you can just startup in safe mode and delete the program, or just simply dont make the program autostart and there is no problem.

on my desktop, i use Ai Booster and it sets the core voltage in the BIOS the moment i press apply, that's why it doesn't boot.

The Zepto BIOSes have plenty of options but changing the voltage is not one of them. The voltage limits in the mobile Core series CPUs are actually programmed into the CPU. We see what are nominally identical CPUs having different voltage settings. As a result, the undervolting works only in the predefined voltage range.
