Lately, I've been experimenting with different OSs on my Compal HGL30 and now I'm finally back to windows (doing .NET in CS) and I read up on the all the updates I missed. Upgraded my BIOS to 116A, installed RMClock with some specialized settings and now my computer runs a lot cooler, it was usually in the 60C range for both cores, now they're at a nice 47C and best of all, I don't have the awful buzz that I had for so long. Yay.
