So I made an .ISO of it but it's currently on an external drive I cannot find. Now, when you need to install a driver for some stuff you need to point Win 7 to the .inf or w/e file has the driver.
My question is, is there any way to recover drivers from Windows 7 that have been installed? Particularly, I need my nVidia GTX 335m driver. The rest I found with hardware ID but I can't install the drivers from nVidia's site. If I want to install a new one I need use a modded .inf and get rid of Win driver signing... not too cool.
Any help is very, very thankful.
Cheers NR peeps! Good to be back after so long.

Technically, yes; ' Device Manager -> Device Properties -> Driver -> Driver Details'. All the files it needs will be listed there, copy/paste them and its inf to a new location/folder and you should be able to install it. Could also work from the inf backwards; search the ' C:\Windows\inf' folder for content and the card's device ID and you know the inf you need (which also lists all the driver files).
Bit of a hassle, to be sure. Why not search nvidia's site for legacy drivers? The v342.01 is the last that still supports the 335M and is wqhl certified, so it shouldn't give you any problems. Mind that anything newer simply ditched support for this card altogether, so these would need inf modding anyway.
