    Battery problem with CN15-A5 laptop.

    Hi,
    The battery doesn't get charged at all. When I plug it in, the icon at the lower right of the screen shows "plugged in, not charging". The light on the cable fluctuates between amber and green. I called tech suppport a few times, they asked me to press the reset button at the bottom of the laptop for 10 seconds, and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Did this routine with the cable plugged and unplugged. Still no charging. Do you guys think the battery is dead, not able to take a charge? My next question: is it really hard to get the battery out, and where to get a replacement battery?
