    Hey...

According to one of your awesome replies, I could have checked out BenQ, for the laptop I wanted... I did...and they are just AWESOME...

Now, where can I find the S72 in the US or Argentina?

I am moving to Boston for college, but I could also get it here... I found out around Buenos Aires, but there isn't much... so, WHERE IN THE US?

    Thnaks

There are no BenQ laptops in the America's as of yet.

You have to import it from Asia if you want it.

Kinda like the Samsuing x-50, people pay like $3000 to import it here..

I do believe Australia has them. But none in the US. It's better to find another brand.
I believe the BenQ S72 is a 14' wxga with a dedicated GPU. At the moment, the only other laptops in the US that fit those specs are the Chembook 2030 and the Asus W3V

afaik (from the forums), it is very difficult, if possible at all, to get BENQs in the US. However, while I was shopping on internet recently, I think I have seen offers of Benq laptops in Spanish, and I think it was Argentina or somewhere else in Latin America.
    So, just google!

I know the previous version of Benq S72 -- Joybook 7000 (pre sonoma).
My girlfriend is absolutely happy with it for already one year.
S72 may have better performance but lesser battery live.

If you don't need grafics for gaming and want a more compact solution
then 13" S52 could be another very good option for you!

Good luck with getting one of them and please write to us about your success and impression!

They cost here in Germany more than 3500 Euro! However, I have seen that there are cheaper offers like 2500 Euro in Switzerland. So, if they get it for $3000 in the US, they are still lucky!
