Why don't you just activate the Bluetooth device via the shortcut on the keyboard? Then Windows will install a default Bluetooth driver for the device. That's basically all you need :)
Regarding the speed of the wireless. I've seen more 300Mbit connections on Intel/other wireless hardware run around 130Mbit than i've seen run more. Also remember that as soon as you activate WPA encryption ect. you should only expect half or less throughput = 150Mbit or less.

Does the wrt160 support WPA2? If so try using this, WPA2 uses hardware to do the AES encryption and decryption, whereas normal WPA is done via software. So you're more likely to get faster speeds with WPA2 (this assumes you're not using it already :))

P.S. How are you testing the 130Mb/s?

Just use the function key to turn it on and windows should take care of the rest.
