    Hi all im new to the forum so before i start jus thought id say hey.
    now down to the issue.
    I have the jhl 90 and haven't been able to find the biometric setup anywhere. any help would be great thanks

    Have you got QL Protector Suite installed? If yes, just swipe your finger

    What do you mean you can't find the setup, you don't have an installation setup or you have it installed but can't find the application to work.

    thanks guys, the laptop didnt come with QL Protector Suite what is the file i need to download from compal to get the biometric scanner up and running

    @NJOY the laptop i have is the same as ur pcspecialist one as this is the company i bought from, enigma with identical spec bar RAM, do you know if the file im looking for is supplied on their drivers disk?

    yes, it must be there. However, they only give you Vista package. If you want XP ones, you'll need to go to Sager website and download it from their support section.

    You know this is a typo, i didn't mean anything like Mega Bunch of Robots :D

    By the way, do you want a free 2Gb USB stick? Just call PCSpecialist support and tell them you're having troubles with XP installation, just make it up))) They will send you that stick with files on it =))))))
