Hi,
It's been a while I didn't had to look for drivers for my HEL80 but today when I decided to look over Bizcom-US support area I discovered it now asks for a login/password. Does anyone knows if it is a generic or it is individualized authentication and if there is a workaround to this?
If someone could send me a PM with a login/password or simply download some of the Vista 64-bits drivers for HEL80 and e-mail me I would be very grateful.

This can also mean that the site is being under maintenance and/or re-arrangement. Give it a few days then come back, or call a toll free number if you have one.
