Has somebody put in a BluRay optical drive in its Zepto Znote 6224W?
Does it have the same cables and so on as the DVD-drive that I have to remove?
Does it look like changing a HDD?
The one that I want is de Sony NEC Optiarc BC-5500A:

As far as I know, these optical drives are inter-changeable with others such as DVD, combo and CD. Otherwise, how would notebook manufacturers be able to offer different optical drive options? However, you will need suitable player software to play Blu-Ray discs.
The model you linked to is the correct size and has the EIDE interface appropriate for the the 6x24W series. Some Blu-Ray drives has the SATA interface.
It's easier to change this than changing the HDD since there is no need to reinstall the operating system.
