Problem I have is message at boot about half the time

    ERROR
0232 Extended RAM Failed at address line :21
Press <F1> to resume, <F2> to Setup
F1 sees boot continue as normal.

Is this a problem, concern or a forgettable?

    Thanks,

Also how do I get to support at Zepto in the last month I have been put on hold for over 3 hours - I am sick of Chariots of Fire and Tubular Bells.
I email [email protected] but all he does is tell me to phone support - if only they would answer.
I am missing the TV antenna adapter from my order.

The error message suggests a RAM problem. I would recommend you download Memtest and run it. Unzip the ISO file and use it to make a bootable CD. The instructions are here.

Regarding getting hold of Zepto support, perhaps you can try to get them to phone you. Iann should be able to arrange that. A long time waiting on hold is not going to win friends. Someone should answer, get your number and arrange to call you back.

And Iann also arranged last week for someone else to be sent the TV antenna adaptor.

I can assure you there is no error with the RAM in your system. This error occurred on the original BIOS on the 6625WD as we use a type of RAM which had not been tested with the 6625WD from the ODM. This has been fixed in the BIOS which is on the FTP for download.

I know we had a callback for Ireland today in our system, but the number was apparently wrong because we never got through when dialing it.

Thanks, did that and all is OK RAMwise.
Vista memory dx tool also reported RAM fine.

OK. As explained by Rene, you need to update the BIOS.

I am finding that it's difficult to get the FTP to work properly through my web browser. In this thread I have suggested a better way to get FTP to work.
