You can order to the US via http://www.zepto.com, then choosing the Global Site to the right.

But it looks like it comes with non-standard keyboards (UK and Norway?) and also have VAT tax that the US shouldn't have to pay. Is there a way to buy them in a more worldwide-friendly format, or am I missing something on the website?

I don't know about the keyboard, but on the left side of that page you should be able to turn VAT off. Also, you can call their customer support and configure the machine that way.

You can get a US keyboard if you ask, and FYI the power adapter that comes with the machine matches whatever country it is ordered from.

    Hello guys,

Sorry to post my newb questions.

Currently I'm itching for this laptop, so I'm thinking of ordering the 2.0GHz currently instead of the 2.4 and upgrading later when the price comes down. Please let me know what you think.

You will have to wait pretty long. Prices for the high end Pentium Ms have not come down alot and then are 3 generations old. I think you should compromise and get the T7500 (2.2ghz) now and not upgrade later.

Upgrading the CPU later is never cost effective.

    Thanks Wave.

I'm just being impatient. However waiting on maybe's and what if's is making me kind of crazy.
