Hello everyone, I have a Velocity Micro L80 Ultra notebook. When I purchased first bought the pc, it originally came with Windows XP Pro installed. I just installed Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit. Vista can't find my PCI Flash Memory, there are 2 of these. I let Vista try to find the driver, but no luck. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks

How do you flash your Bios. I put that in my sig not start a war. I'm a proud believer in Jesus Christ. You may believe in whatever thing you wish. I have witnessed His power and grace in my life. That why I believe! With all the different religions, Jesus was the only prophet to claim and prove that He was the Son of God. I'm praying for you!

I have just about decided to re-install Windows XP Pro back onto my notebook. That was installed when I purchased my computer. My fingerprint scanner and camera doesn't even work. When I upgraded to Vista 32-bit, I didn't have the PCI Flash Memory problem.

    Ignoring everything but the question...

There is a sticky on flashing your bios if you take a moment to read it, you will find your answer. It's pretty simple, and might be your fix.

We all have a right to believe what we want and our signatures are a place to express whatever we want to about ourselves (within limits, of course). Bottom line is we all have a common love for notebooks as that is what brings us together here in this forum.

Let us look past our differences and get back to subject at hand.

    Thanks.

Thank you Chris. Oh, and by the way, I figured out how to fix my problem. I used the drivers cd that came with my computer. I was suprised it worked because the drivers were for a XP Pro system. Chris, from all the postings I have read, I respect your words. Thanks.
