My ct14-a2 is only a few weeks old - but I have spent many hours in both Email and OpenOffice writing - and have found a problem, at least to me, with the keyboard.
It appears to be way, way too sensitive! I keep getting double letters when I type just one: aa for a, ss for s - you get the pictture. (see, there I got tt instead of t)
I went on Live Chat with the Vizio chaps, who had me add more delay to the "repeat" - but that did not help.
Anybody else have this problem? It forces me to give the keyboard a rating of 2, with the rest of the computer getting a 4.5.
    Respectfully, LarryR

I have a ct15-a2 and the keyboard also has issues mine is the cursor jumps to another place on screen. And sometimes everything just freezes for a second can't type. The trackpad is way worse in my opinion but you probably have a mouse to fix that. Try to see what I can find to help with the issue maybe other drivers or something.

Yes, I gave up on the trackpad and went with my trusty Logitech wireless mouse. As to the keyboard - The Verge.com just came out with a rather scathing indictment of the keyboard Vizio 14-inch Thin + Light ultrabook review | The Verge backing up my complaints. I've Emailed Vizio, with no rreply yet (note ddouble letters - SIGH) and have gone on Vizio's Live CChat several times, with no apparent understanding of the problem by the representatives. Either that or they've been told to cover up Vizio's obvious fault. I really need my computer for work - but cannot spend half my time erasing the double letters! Herre's hoping Vizio fixes tthis major problem! And no I did NOT add the extra key strokes - the computer did that by itself.

I have a Vizio CT15-A1, and the saame keyboard problem you described really brings it down. (letters repeating themselves VERY often) I think it is a hardwaare issue, as certain keys tend to repeat more than others. The trackpad is a nightmare, but I accepted this fact before purchase as I always use a mouse. I have not found many other mentions of the same keyboard issue, so I assume it is a problem with certain individual units. I intend to return my one to Vizio for replacement, as I love everything else about the machine and hope to use it for the next two or three yeaars. All repeated letters here are a result of the machine, not my typing. The "A" key is by faar the worst!

Thanks to the generosity of Amazon I returned the Vizio and got a full refund. Now I'm a very happy owner/user of a Samsung Series 7 Chronos computer - everything about it is near-perfect, and, in the end, I'm happy that the Vizio deal did not work out. Maybe Generation II? SIGH
