I just got handed one of these to setup and configure.
We have a couple of the older 14's with windows 7 on them.
Quick observations; The 1080p screen is gorgeous, likewise the build quality is solid as on the 14 though I still don't like the keyboard.
This one came with an i5, 4GB RAM and a 128GB Toshiba SSD.
I don't know if it's windows 8 or improved hardware or what, but the touchpad is a HUGE improvement over the one in the 14 and is actually quite pleasant to use and supports all the win8 gestures including bringing up the charms.
The PROBLEM, I'm having is that so far the two USB to Ethernet adapters (belkin, Linksys) don't work.
Neither gives any obvious error message. The belkin shows up in device manager and appears to get link, but any send receive just times out. The Linksys doesn't show up at all.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Does this travel to the ct14 a4? Just ordered one and my only grife is with touchpad gestures, I'm assuming since this is driver update it will work better on this as well

My ct14-a4 has full functioning mouse. It works great. Everything that was wrong with my upgraded a1 has been resolved. Took a hr to setup including installing MS Office, and printer.
