Whenever I try to install the realtek audio onto my laptop, it says "Install cannot be completed" or something along those lines...
I have Windows XP Pro SP2.
-
go to add remove programs in the control panel and remove realtek audio restart and try to reinstall after the restart that did the trick for me when i try to install the new softwared
-
I just tried that and it gave me the same thing when I tried to install it again:
"Install error for realtek HD" or something....
Any ideas? -
Is this the driver form the website like compal, bizcom, marasst or sager.
You can also download the driver from the realtek website, this is also the latest version.
Please see this link: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#High%20Definition%20Audio%20Codecs
Download version R1.76, just select one. -
