First off, those game benchmarks are BS. It's no surprise that Fudzilla is providing these numbers. I can tell you a GTX 260 216 is not outperforming a 1gb 4870 by almost 25% in FarCry 2. Hell, it's even beating a GTX 280 in Crysis Warhead? Sorry, not buying it.

because gtx260 216 in this benchmark use new driver but gtx280 score according to old test that use old driver. also all gtx260 was oc'ed from factory so you don't doubt about them. I think fudzilla provide the test with no bias because before nvidia luanch 180.48 driver, fudzilla has provided competitive test between gtx260 and 4870. yeah 4870 win 5-10% up to games (some games lost) but after 180.48 gtx260 got the crown. not only fudzilla also another websites that show competitive test. gtx260 216 is the winner from every websites.

I'll check these other websites also since I have some free time at work...

Edit: Ok, so far, I can tell you that I just visited two sites who did tests on the 4870 and CoD 4 and both conflict with Fudzilla's results.

Edit, make that three. Now I'm going to look for some GTX 280 numbers
