Just to let you all know that we can now accept a bank transfer via the website. This will come up as a payment method now. We have removed the card charge as well
We will send an automated email once we have input the order into our system and another will be sent to the customer when we ship the notebook. For credit card payments we will only withdraw the money on the day that we ship the notebook. Customers paying via a bank transfer will have to make the transfer before we start the prodution of the notebook.

OK, that's good to have removed the nasty surprise at the checkout.
Will the automated email on shipping include the tracking details?
Perhaps the next refinement should be the facility for people to log on and check order status and repair status.

On the danish site there is a special page where you can check the repair status, but I don't think it's operating properly. I talked to a staffer at Zepto this wednesday, and I got the impression that they want to redesign it completely. So one day maybe?

We recieve the Track and trace details form TNT usually the the morning after the notebook are shipped. Then we can send the details to the customers. At the moment this is not possible on the automated mail
