I usually have my bluetooth and WLAN disabled while I'm home or at work. Anyway, my issue is that while both devices are set turned off at startup both via the software controller as well as the switch on the front of the laptop... when my laptop goes returns to the desktop from sleep mode or locking (Window Key + L), the bluetooth automatically activates even though the hardware switch is off and the software controller (Fn + F2) is set to off. What's even more annoying is that it repeatedly turns itself on and off about every 3-5 seconds... so with the sound on you hear those sounds associated to new devices being plugged in and unplugged repeatedly. So far all I've been able to do is restart my computer to stop it.. but if my laptop goes back into sleep mode or locked desktop mode... it happens again.

Is there any solution to this short of disabling my bluetooth drivers or even going to the extreme of taking the bluetooth module out?

    Thanks in advanced.
