Hi all, Im considering buying the Zepto 3415w notebook (Rebranded Compal IFL90) with 512mb 8600GT. Im wondering though, It lists battery life with the 6 cell as being just 2 and a half hours and on a 9 cell getting 3.45 hours with minimum use, Does that seem kinda low? Even my old Sony gets 4 hours with the standard battery.

I dont think it will be different from other IFL90 notebooks sold under other brand names.

It is about what I expected. The G1s gets a bit over 2 hours on a 6 cell too. The 8600M GT is a powerfull card that gets hot and use alot of power.

Maybe you should consider the Zepto 6625WD. It is currently only available with a 6 cell but will have a 12 cell battery in the new futuer.
