    Hi,

I have a compal fl90 w/wxga and I dont like the low resolution (last laptop had sxga+). According to notebookcheck's review, the wxga screen is a LG Philips LP154WX4. I want to upgrade my laptop to an wsxga+ without breaking the bank, mainly looking for wsxga+ screens on ebay. I have been unable to find out what wsxga+ model the IFL90's ship with, does anyone know?

Also, I was wondering the possibility of using another brand wsxga+ in my fl90, given that I have the appropriate inverter. Thanks.

I have had this question since my purchase back in October. I ordered my Sager 2090 ( IFL90 ) with the WSXGA+ after reading all the good reviews. I am very happy with the screen but wish I knew the manufacturer.

I think the WSXGA+ screen on the IFL90's is a Chi Mei N154Z1-L01, which is sold by Screen Tek Inc. At least that's what I found mine has.

Monitor is nice with decent angles and not grainy at all, despite what I have heard about Samsungs in Dell.

    Laptop ordered Nov 2007.
