I purchased the JFL92 via XOTICPC about 4 months ago and this is a brief overview of a lot of headaches that I've had.

1 - I ordered the notebook 4 months ago but have yet to actually receive the entire purchase. I was told after my order was already put together that they were out of the BlueTooth module but they'd ship that out separately when one arrived.

2 - After a month of waiting, I emailed asking where my BT module was and they said they were still sold out, despite their site still not reflecting any type of delay.

3 - In late March I was promised that the card would be shipped out right away but still wasn't in stock.

4 - Here I am today still without a card. They told me yesterday that the card shipped but just got lost via UPS, yet they haven't given me the tracking number for me to verify that. Supposedly they shipped out yet another one this week but we'll see if it ever shows up.

5 - The tickets that I submit typically go unresponded to for almost 24 hours at a time. From a company that supposedly has great support, that is pretty pathetic.

So after 4 months, I've yet to receive my full $1,500 worth of a computer, despite paying the full amount up front and having to make the monthly credit card payments and interest payments. With 3 years of warranty through them, I sure as heck hope they wake up and decide to actually start honoring their word.

I am one customer that is demanding nothing short of a full return and refund since I have yet to receive what I paid for. Excuses after excuses and delays after delays don't make it in my book. I'm as fair of a customer as possible and give everybody the benefit of the doubt, hence why I'm only now starting a thread on this issue, but I've had it and would stress others to take a good look around before settling on XOTICPC for anything.

I shouldn't have to PM somebody on a site completely different than the corporate site where the support is given. Tickets take 24 hours for a response yet their online chat is never available and they have limited phone support.

I will give them credit for calling me a few minutes ago to talk things over but that call is a few months late in my opinion. As great as that call was and as nice as he was, it was hard for me to be extremely nice considering how long I've waited and how few responses I've gotten.

Disclaimer - I usually hate people that post threads like this and am an incredibly level headed guy, I just have breaking points like anybody else and I guess I reached mine on this issue.

Update - XPC called again and confirmed that I should have the new bluetooth module tomorrow. Very prompt and courteous support after a long time of waiting. They might not have been perfect for several months but they certainly regained some faith with tonight's support.

cygy2k - I looked into this deeper and found more information to update with your 2/28/08 purchase. The bluetooth module ordered was delayed and shipped on 4/1 due to a back order. After a notice from the customer on 5/31 (Saturday) we traced the original shipment and it showed the package was still in transit. On Monday 6/2 we UPS 2-Day Aired a new Bluetooth module to the customer at our expense and UPS already attempted delivery before this thread was created to the customers home address. (the customer was not home at the time of delivery on 6/4)

With our support tickets or email system we guarantee replies within 24 hours. We have full customer service phone support or chat support during our business hours. (and 24 hour tech support). If there is anything I can do please PM or email me and I would be happy to help. :)
