    Hi there,
I have a compal jfl92 with bioometric finger print reader ,and since i updated the driver,it stopped working,i tryed the re-install of the old driver that came with the Cd,and nothing.
I clean the Pc of old instalations through Add/Remove and in the Hardware devices in System on Control Panel and nothing.
When i restart the pc after all the cleaning,it detects that there is a Biometric reader that needs to be installed,so i install, but in the reboot instalation process and biometric activation, its says that THERE IS NO BIOMETRIC READER DETECTED and this error message:

    Internal error (pt: tfmerr -1102)...

At least my notebook detects the biometric so i think its no an inside problem right, a physic hardware conflict.
    Help please..
