Am i still to contact NuSystems with my repair problems? It is who i dept with just a couple of weeks ago and who i sent my laptop to a month ago.

However, i cannot see the phone number for them on the website any more.

What number should i call to speak to someone about repairing my laptop? (for the second time)

Is that the number you have tried? Thats the number on the site.
Zepto, thankfully, got rid of Nusystems and I think they run the show now for repairs.

I just sent my 6214w out today to Zepto Denmark. Actually, I called Zepto Denmark and Rene arranged for somebody to come and pick it up (on that number). It took a few days to arrange but they got it done without me having to pay, so even though they've lost NUSystems, don't worry because they will still provide a great repair service :)

NUsystems, unfortunately, did not offer satisfactory customer service and support for UK Zepto owners. I had been told that due to their miserable representation of Zepto that they had been removed as UK representatives of the brand. Zepto is now handling the support themselves.

I think this is very good news indeed.

Good luck to all of you UK Zepto owners in sorting out the various issues you've been forced to deal with. I believe it will all get better for you guys soon.

I think I was greeted in Danish when I phoned last week.
Hopefully they will adopt a UK phone number, as I only have access to a mobile phone most the time....could get rather expensive :p .

Nusystems did nothing good for Zepto, and I have much respect for them for cutting ties.
