While I haven't bought a notebook from them - their support has been very quick to come back to my questions and inquiries. I found they answered my questions frankly, they were knowledgeable and didn't attempt me to sell me stuff that I wasn't looking for.

Be sure to check their rating on ResellerRatings:
    http://www.resellerratings.com/seller6897.html

It's fairly poor, and the opinion around the forums about them is too. I'd steer clear and look for another reseller. Completing the FAQ in the What Should I Buy forum would help us.

i believe those are just rebranded msi computers. you should look at xmeld.com or rawpowerpc.com if you haven't already.

I was looking at the rebranded Clevo 900k? (Sager 9750) due to about a $300 lower pricetag but after shopping around and doing my homework I'm very leery of giving them a try. They also do not offer and extended warranty on notebooks, so after your one year is up that's it. PcTorque and discountnotebooks both offer supposedly a pretty good in house extension for 50 and $100.

I have a friend who has ordered desktops from them and he has been very happy but again those are desktops where down the road if you want to upgrade anything from a video card to a motherboard you just do it. He never needed service so obviously there wasn't a problem.

Thanks for the reccomendation, after doing some research here, other forums and resellerratings of course I decided to go with ISTNC. They had a $100 off instant rebate on thier site and the grand total ended up saving me about $300 off a price of the Sager and being about the same as cyberpower w/o an additional year warranty so all and all I'm happy with the price.

I did decide to have it shipped w/o an os though as they were too high on that. Hopefully my old xp disk from a desktop I built a few years ago will work w/o problems.

Cyber Power's rating isn't that great. However its better than dell and hp. So it can't be that bad. I think in general people want their buying experience with a company to be 100% flawless. And if its not they rate it really poorly. (1/10) or something.
