I just tried getting a Gamer Explorer X64 9700 from them. I was informed via email that it would take 6 weeks just for them to put it together. This is an incredible amount of time in itself; MSI manufactures these faster than that. I told them that I would need to think about it, and they responded immediately by cancelling my order.

I guess they make so much money now that they don't care if they miss a few sales by treating potential customers poorly.

That's a shame. Poor service, especially in a smaller company, is not excusable.

they have the worst service in my opinion..

i'm an asian myself and their customer service is filled with asians who have some cocky foul atitudes.. i would steer clear of them.. ibuypower even though they look the same are actually two different companies. Ibuypower is much better than crappypower
