have Vista business 64. Tried to install the Cyberlink software, but stops after asking for language of choice, saying that "only compatible with 98, ME, 2000 and above"
um......woulda thought might fitted into that description - lol

readme says it's version 6. Looked over the Cyberlink site, but the vista update tool only works for currently installed software, and they have patches for v5 and v7, AFAIK, but not v6

    any ideas? any success stories?

    pretty please.

Would that be the Cyberlink DVD Solution provided by Zepto as an option?

I hit the same problem (with 32-bit Vista) and I can't see a way to bypass the operating system check built into the installer. It's intriguing that Cyberlink consider Vista to be below Windows 98SE since it evidently doesn't pass the "and above" test.

I found a more compatible version of P-DVD in my software collection so I hadn't previously raised this issue, but perhaps Zepto should be aware that the version (dating from 2005) that they are selling isn't compatible with Vista.

It actually says that the DVD solution isn't compatible with Vista on the Danish site. I haven't personally checked the other sites so i don't know if it has this information on the other sites.

There's no comment about Vista incompatibility on the Zepto UK site. :notworthy:

I also bought Cyberlink DVD Solution from the Zepto UK site and it doesn't work with 32-bit Vista. There was no mention of incompatibility with Vista on the UK site. Zepto, how about a refund for this or send us a version that works with Vista!
