    Hello everyone.

I bought this laptop a couple of months ago and today I had an issue where my trackpad has stuck (tracking works, but I cannot click it as it's stuck in place).
I called their tech support and was told that I could take a look myself as far as I do not damage the internals.
The problem is that I cannot get the backplate off. It is tuck in place near the back vents and screen hinges. All visible bolts were unscrewed and put aside. Not sure why, but it stays "glued" there, therefore I cannot take the backplate off. My first laptop with this kind of a problem.

Question: does anyone of you have experience in disassembling this laptop. Any advice would help.

    Thank you.
