    I have contacted a vendor of the OCZ extreme laptop to ask if it is compatible with them ATI 4870 graphics card ...

    I wont reveal any names ... but this is what I got as a reply :-


    "I recommend you contact OCZ the manufacturer of this notebook, who will confirm this notebook only supports 3870 video cards.

    Please let me know how i can be of further assistance."


    Well ... I am not sure myself ... but this is what I got ...

    It is a sad sad sad day ....

    because the 4870 has not been released yet. so it cant support it if its not out yet.

    and technically, the 4870 won't fit.. the Mobility 4870 will though. :)
