It's quite difficult to judge your config with so litlle information.
Atleast tell us what you'll be using it for

Originally fancied a games desktop and a portable laptop for uni, decided to spend a little more on the laptop and shelve plans for the desktop until the new year.

I wanted a relatively lightweight laptop to use at uni a few days a week that could also handle up to games at decent resolutions until the middle of next year at the least.

Preferably something with optical out to use with my z-5500 speakers, and s-video was a must.

Dvi or HDMI outputs would have been nice, but weren't essential.

Generally I wanted a laptop that fell neatly between the two extremes of gaming/performance and portability.

Then you have aimed right. I were actually out for a working computer, but a deal for a ThinkPad T61 went down the pipes and I found the Zepto, and Im actually veryvery happy this happened, never thought that I can ame this good on a lappy.

So Im using my 6625 both at school and gaming at home, and some work too :)

Looks like a great machine to me (4 Gigs RAM - wow!), though I've never seen a Zepto. Couldn't you get an even better price though by buying your RAM independently, along with the OS?

you still have to buy that 1 gb minimum :/

this is quite understandable too becos otherwise everyone would just buy the lappy without hdd and ram, becos those parts are cheaper after-market (if you know where to search)

Given the upgrade deal on the HDD and the RAM, it was definitely worthwhile going with zepto rather than doing it myself later
